Part Time Nanny $2,400
1-29 Hours of Care. Includes: Initial Consult, Ad, Candidate Interviews, Background Checks, Nanny-Family Contract, and 30 Day replacement guarantee. Part Time Nanny Candidate Pay must start at $20/hr+

Full Time Nanny $2,400
30+ Hours of Care. Includes: Initial Consult, Ad, Candidate Interviews, Background Checks, Nanny-Family Contract, and 30 Day replacement guarantee. Full Time Nanny Candidate Pay must start at $20/hr+

House Manager $3,600
1-60 Hours of Care. Includes: Initial Consult, Ad, Candidate Interviews, Background Checks, Nanny-Family Contract, and 30 Day replacement guarantee. House Manger Candidate Pay must start at $25/hr+

Short Term Care $1,200
Created as an option for out of town guests who are looking for a consistent short term, come and go nanny for 2 weeks plus. Anything over 3 months will be considered long term.

Looking for a day or evening away? Three Flamingos Sitters are here to help! Our sitters are background checked, have experience with all ages, and love children!
Agency Fees are separate from an hourly wage paid to the sitter. The agency fee is non-refundable and serves as a place holder for your family. Family pays the sitter directly at the end of their shift.
Sitter rates are as follows:
One Child: $20
Two Children: $22
Three Children: $24
Four Children: $26
Families who have more than Four Children will require TWO sitters.
Cancellations of less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge to be paid to the sitter directly.
*Memberships are meant for local families. Membership Sitter requests need to be booked through the agency. Membership sitters may not be booked for more than 2 consecutive days at a time. Anything consistent with the same sitter will require a nanny placement fee.*
