Three Flamingos Agency offers a variety of placement services. From Nannies and House Managers in Chicago and Naples, to Vacation Babysitters in SWFL, there’s something for everyone.

Nannies

Three Flamingos sources the best Nannies for your family. Whether hiring for a full or part time placement, our nannies go through a rigorous screening and application process to ensure the right fit for your family.

Babysitting

Need a date day or evening away? Let one of our Three Flamingos babysitters take care of your precious flock. Our babysitters are made up of a pool of sitters who are either in college or are Nannies during the day for other families.

Babysitting services reach the following areas: Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva.

House Managers

A House Manager is our idea of the total Mary Poppins package. Not only does a House Manager often take care of the children, they also have the skills to run a household. Errands and Meal Prep? Check. Scheduling appointments for car maintenance and organizing? We’ve got you covered.
